This is a public announcement to acknowledge the resignation of three of PBSA Directors.

Joshua Deal, Penny Puddester, and Eoin Whelan will no longer be serving as Directors of PBSA.

Penny Puddester as Operations Director, and Eoin Whelan as VP of Strategic Partnerships have also resigned as employees.

Eoin Whelan, Penny Puddester, and Joshua Deal have sought other opportunities.

We wish them well in their future endeavours and thank them for their service.

Jonathan Baha’i stays on as the remaining Director and is working to rebuild the board.
